Plonka of the year award goes to…

…the builder that came to do some work on our house.  Left the handbrake off.  Van rolled down and smashed into the neighbours garage.  It was wedged shut and couldn’t be moved till council building control had certified it was safe - the whole wall had moved.

Not the first time either - another builder hit a brick wall in the street.  And old sod left the handbrake off and hit another neighbours car.  The hits go on and on….is everyone wasted?
